Troy completed yearly maintenance on the furnace in my house. It hadn’t been serviced for a couple years prior to me moving in so I was unsure of what would need to be done. He completed a full inspection and changed the filter, but fortunately not much else needed to be done. He was thorough in his work and friendly during the review. I trust K&S and their team for all of my heating and AC repairs!
My equipment failed on a Saturday. K&S responded with a service call on Monday followed by an estimate for replacement equipment on that same day and installation on Tuesday. I was pleased with that overall response.
